The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada, age 18 and over. The contest period begins August 1, 2012 and ends October 1, 2012. Prize drawings will be held on October 2, 2012. Winners will be notified by phone, email or post. Winners consent to having their name used in publicity about this sweepstakes by submitting an entry. A list of winners will be available, by writing "Fall Getaway Sweepstakes, Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing, National Life Building - 6Th Floor, 1 National Life Dr., Montpelier, VT 05620-0501", at the conclusion of the sweepstakes. Employees of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing (VDTM) or the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) of the State of Vermont, contracted advertising and promotional agencies for ACCD, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.
