Vermont’s principal international gateway is Boston. With a
flight time of only six and a half hours, Boston is one of
the closest US gateway cities to the UK. Boston has good
connecting services to the airports of Burlington and Rutland.
The state is also well served with New York, Philadelphia
and Washington to Burlington, Rutland and Albany in
nearby New York state.
The Canadian gateway of Montreal is also one hour’s
drive from Vermont’s northern border.
