NEW YORK - ALBANY – RUTLAND - BURLINGTON
Depart from Penn Station in New York City and arrive in Burlington, Vermont in under eight hours on Amtrak’s scenic Ethan Allen Express line through the Hudson River Valley, now offering expanded service with five stops in Vermont. This route connects with service from Chicago and points west, as well as south from Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and beyond. The Ethan Allen Express now offers carry-on bike service and many stops are home to an array of amenities to support a car-free vacation, including local taxi services, ride-sharing platforms, and bus lines both within and outside of Vermont.
