Brandon, Vermont

Dubbed the “Art & Soul” of Vermont, Brandon offers a vibrant, walkable center of art galleries, studios, shops, lodging, and restaurants and close access to four-season outdoor recreation. Brandon is a study in early American architecture and Vermont history, with its entire downtown core of 243 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Brandon’s entire downtown core of 243 buildings is on the National Register of Historic Places, meaning the town is a cradle of Vermont and American historic architecture and stories. A self-guided walking tour takes visitors past churches, war monuments, and other historic downtown features.
