Vermont’s been doing farm-to-table since before it had a name. With over 6,500 farms, fresh, local, and ridiculously good food isn’t a trend, it’s traditionally how we’ve always eaten. Around here, knowing where your food came from is as much a part of the experience as what’s on the plate. Pull up a chair. There’s always a story worth hearing before the first bite.

On the Farm and In the Field
